How do you calculate your podcast editing services?
We work and charge you per minute of edited content. Let's say you will send us 50 minutes of raw recording of your episode for editing; you should purchase min 50 minutes of editing services. We don't charge you extra for adding your provided intro, outro or pre/mid/post-roll messages, improved production quality, advanced background cleaning etc like many others do. We provide our best effort for our every single client, every single time for an highly affordable and flat price.
What file formats do you work with?
We work with MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, OGG, ZIP, MP4, M4A file formats. All audio must be exported to the above formats before we can begin editing.
How do i send / receive my files?
As soon as you place an order with Podcast Nanny, you have access to your client panel. You can complete every single task in your mind through that panel like uploading/downloading your files, getting support, make payments, download invoices, etc.
Can you transcribe my podcast?
Not at this moment. We are still working on transcription services. Once we are ready, all our clients will be informed immediately
Do you provide voice over services?
If you order an intro and/or outro with us, we provide voice over service included in the package. If you need a voice over service out of our intro/outro production service, please contact us.
Why your services are much more cheaper than the market avarage?
1) Our entire team is remote. So we don't have to lift the substantial fixed cost of a central office.
2) Our entire team is living in different countries, which are necessary living expenses are cheaper than USA, England, Australia, or Europe. So, while we can offer competitive prices for our services, also we can stick to our usual life standards. That should be the perfect definition of win-win.
I don't have a Paypal account. Can i still pay with my credit card or debit card?
Sure. However you don't have a Paypal account; still, you can make your payment through Paypal with your debit card or credit card. All you need to do is when u are redirected to Paypal log in screen during your order process, click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button. Now you can easily make your payment with your preferred card through Paypal.
Do you offer white label editing services?
